Krabi’s Green Guide Fest 2025, officially titled the Amazing Krabi Green Guide Fest 2025, is scheduled to take place from 15 to 18 May 2025 at Noppharat Thara Beach and Phi Phi Island in Krabi, Thailand.
The event, organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), will run daily from 10:00 to 20:00 and centers its activities around the theme of eco-friendly and sustainable tourism. This festival aims to attract eco-conscious travelers, sustainability enthusiasts, and general tourists while positioning Krabi and the Andaman Sea as leading destinations for responsible travel. In addition to Krabi’s event, the Bun Bang Fai (Rocket Festival) in Yasothon from May 16-18, 2025, celebrates local traditions with spectacular rocket displays and folk music, highlighting the diversity of Thailand’s festival scene in May.

All festival activities are designed with environmental stewardship in mind, ensuring zero or minimal impact on the surrounding national park environment. Notably, the festival shares the month of May with other vibrant celebrations, including the Pattaya Lighting 2025 event, which marks the city’s first grand light festival and showcases imaginative light installations along the coast.
Traditional local performances will incorporate green themes to highlight the connection between culture and environmental awareness. Seven distinctly themed eco-friendly activity zones are planned, each reflecting a specific sustainable concept, providing interactive experiences for participants of all ages.
The festival’s location within a scenic national park, accessible by both road and water transport, allows for easy entry for both Thai and international visitors. No admission fees are required for most events, supporting inclusivity and broad participation.
